"These Are Hard Tests" — JT's DWI Arrest Caught on CamBody cam video of Justin Timberlake's 2024 DWI arrest is finally out.
It happened at 12:37 AM on June 18, 2024. Justin was pulled over in Sag Harbor, NY after police say he ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane.
JT told officers, "Guys, I'm just following my friends back to my house." Then they asked him to step out of the car. What happened next shocked everyone.
Officers walked Justin through field sobriety tests — walk a straight line, stand on one leg. He stumbled, lost balance, and said: "My heart's racing."
Then came the moment everyone's talking about. Justin looked at police and said: "These are, like, really hard tests." He then refused a breathalyzer.
His friend Estee Stanley arrived on scene and begged police: "Do me a favor 'cause you loved 'Bye Bye Bye' or 'SexyBack!'" It actually worked — briefly.
Justin was handcuffed and held overnight. He later pleaded guilty to a lesser charge — impaired driving, not DWI. His sentence: community service and a public apology.
