How to Force Quit in Mac Shortcut

If your program or finder got stuck somewhere then there is an option to Force Quit.
A shortcut is really helpful in Mac if you want to do anything quickly. We have used Ctrl + Alt + Delete in windows to open the manager and from there you quit the program

So how to force quit in mac there is a shortcut for that hold down the Cmd + Option keys and press Esc. It will bring up the force quit option in Mac. There you can see all the programs running and you can forcefully terminate them.
