After One Plus phones, Company is set to launch its first-ever Smart TV. After releasing One Plus 7 and One Plus 7 Pro, One Plus Company has finally revealed the name of its long-in-the-works TV: it’s called the OnePlus TV. A community representative has confirmed the name on the OnePlus forums.

One Plus has now officially revealed the logo that would be used for the upcoming smart TV. For this, the company was “Inspired by classic geometric progression, which can be seen from so many classic art forms, such the ancient Hindu symbol, the mandala, and the famous ancient Greek temple.”

“Honestly, it was harder than you could imagine during the naming process as we have seen so many creative names which made it a difficult decision,” the company wrote in the post.

“Eventually, we chose to be true to our core values, but we are thankful for all the suggestions from you.”

One Plus TV Specifications

OnePlus would launch multiple smart TVs in at four sizes including 43-inches, 55-inches, 65-inches, and 75-inches. It will be an Android TV obviously!

The One Plus TV could support Bluetooth 5.0 and 4K HDR displays. One of the TVs could also come with an OLED display panel. In India, the OnePlus TVs might launch on Amazon.

The company has not yet disclosed any dates on which it would launch its smart TV, but according to rumors, One Plus might launch the smart TV on 26th September 2019.

Pricing is not yet decided or revealed by One Plus. But it would initially arrive in India, China, and the US.
