We all are very accustomed to the app Waze which is a GPS navigation software app owned by Google. It works on smartphones and tablet computers that have GPS support. It provides turn-by-turn navigation information and user-submitted travel times and route details, while downloading location-dependent information over a mobile telephone network.
Now the company is pushing out another update, which would let users use a contactless system and can now enjoy the convenience of Waze-integrated contactless payments at participating Exxon, Mobile, and Shell locations. Just link Waze with a gas station network’s payment app, and you’ll get a notification the next time you drive into one.
Also one other thing to note is that Waze will also prompt advertise the relevant contactless payment apps when you pull into participating gas stations, prompting you to download it.
You can download the Waze app by visiting the Play Store for free.
