Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD will be shut down after September.

There will be no longer be a way to play Assassin's Creed III or Liberation HD after September.

There was an announcement made by Ubisoft earlier this year that several games would be decommissioned on 1 September.

At the moment, Assassin's Creed Liberation has been pulled from Steam, citing its publisher as the reason.

According to Ubisoft, this move allowed the company to free up resources for new titles.

In the recent Steam Summer sale, Assassin's Creed Liberation HD was available, meaning that some owners won't even have the opportunity to play the game they just purchased.

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation was released in 2012. It was the third part of the Assassin's Creed franchise developed and published by Ubsoft.

We hope the publisher will explain this decision in the near future.
