RAM size was one of the many ways Apple distinguished its Pro and non-Pro iPhones over the past two years.

iPhone 12 and 12 mini featured 4GB RAM, whereas 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max had 6GB.

The 13 mini and iPhone 13 both had 4GB RAM last year, while the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max had 6GB.

Since the iPhone 11 series, Xcode 14 beta gives all new models the same RAM.

Previous speculations stated the iPhone 14 Pro will have faster LPDDR5 RAM

While the ordinary 14 models would use LPDDR4X RAM.

But the new Xcode report does not confirm this.
