Paul Pelosi sentenced to 5 days of jail
He was arrested on 28 May for a car crash in Napa County.
According to the officer on that scene, Paul was in the driver’s seat and other driver was standing outside of Jeep.
The jeep driver suffered from minor injuries. Officer said about Paul that, he was
“unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.”
After arrest, he was released on $ 5,000 bail.
He was sentenced to jail for 5 days by Judge Joseph Solga. He will receive credit for two days, he already served and two days for conduct credit. One day to be served from the court work program.
For 3 years he will be on probation and fine pay of $1,700 whereas $4,900 to the victim. Additionally to install an ignition interlock device and to attend a three-month drunk driver class.
