As of 4 September 2026, the clean working Merge a Nuke codes are DELAY (300 Nuclear Waste) and BOOM (5,000 Cash). Open the Shop, scroll down, paste the code, and tap Redeem. Waste and cash rewards don't need empty tiles to land — nuke drops do. The official game page still lists BOOM and says the game updates every Friday.

Merge a Nuke!, made by Nuke The Game, is a merge-tycoon where nukes keep earning cash even while you're offline — but only if you remember to lock your base, since raids can steal it while you're away.

Changelog: 1–4 Sep 2026 — DELAY is the new code (named for the update delay). The Friday patch window is when the next string usually lands.

Plot space rule

When a code drops nukes onto your plot, the game fills whatever empty spawn room you have — it doesn't mail you a box of extras.

The math: if your Max Spawn is 5 and you already have 4 nukes on the plot, a "20 nukes" code can only place 1. The other 19 vanish.

That's exactly why the old ATOMIC code stung players — DELAY skips the trap entirely since it pays out Nuclear Waste instead. Spend BOOM's cash on, in order:

1. Max spawn, so the next nuke code can actually land
2. Shield / lock time
3. Spawn level

Then lock your base before you log off. The official loop is merge, raid, lock.

How to redeem Merge a Nuke codes

1. Play Merge a Nuke.
2. Load your plot.
3. Tap Shop (left side on many layouts).
4. Scroll to the code box.
5. Paste DELAY, then BOOM.
6. Tap Redeem.

Paste rather than retype — capitalization matters on a lot of merge games. If a code fails, it's usually already used, expired, or you're on an old server after the Friday patch, so rejoin once and try again.
