Kim Kardashian just posted a kiss with Lewis Hamilton under the Eiffel Tower. Here's how a 12-year friendship became 2026's most-watched romance.
On Sept. 25, Kim shared a trip carousel from Spain, Italy, France and the UK. Midway through: a kiss with Hamilton on a Seine boat, the Eiffel Tower behind them.
He's a British Formula 1 driver, 41, with seven world titles, who left Mercedes for Ferrari in 2025. Kim, 45, is the SKIMS founder and a mom of four.
They were first photographed together at the 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards, both with other partners. For years they shared circles with no romance rumors.
Both rang in 2026 at Kate Hudson's New Year's Eve party in Aspen. On Jan. 31 they were seen at Estelle Manor in England, then at a Paris hotel on Feb. 2.
The soft launch came Feb. 8, when they sat together in a suite at Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. Clips of the pair chatting spread fast.
Reports say they went Instagram official on April 6. Kim still walked the May 4 Met Gala solo, because Hamilton had just raced the Miami Grand Prix on May 3.
A day after the Met Gala, on May 5, they left a Broadway play, Fear of 13, holding hands. It was the first time they were seen doing it in public.
In June, Kim and sister Khloé joined Ferrari's garage at the Monaco Grand Prix in team headsets. It was Kim's first F1 paddock visit since they went public.
On Sept. 22, Hamilton posted his own carousel: a backyard movie night, champagne on a Seine sunset cruise and a museum gala. Three days later, Kim posted the kiss.
Neither has talked about marriage publicly. But after nine months of dates across two continents, Kim and Lewis are now sharing the romance themselves.
