Gaga, 40, and fiancé Michael Polansky reportedly welcomed their first child. Here's what is known, what isn't, and how the couple got here.
Page Six reported the couple had recently welcomed a baby, with photos of Gaga carrying a newborn in a front sling in Northern California.
The baby's name, sex and birth date are private. Neither Gaga nor Polansky has posted an announcement, and she never announced a pregnancy.
Michael Polansky, born in 1983, is a Harvard grad, tech entrepreneur and CEO of the Parker Group, Sean Parker's philanthropy and business arm.
Fans first saw the pair leaving a Las Vegas hotel hand in hand on New Year's Eve 2019. They have been together since 2020.
Polansky proposed on April Fools' Day during a rock-climbing trip. Gaga later said she thought he was joking. He wasn't.
At the Paris Olympics in July 2024, Gaga told France's prime minister on video, "This is my fiancé." Weeks later they hit the Venice red carpet.
Her seventh album, Mayhem, arrived in March 2025. The Mayhem Requiem concert film premiered in Los Angeles on May 14, 2026.
She sang the anthem at Super Bowl 50, headlined the next year's halftime show and won an Oscar in 2019 for "Shallow" from A Star Is Born.
In March 2026 Gaga said the couple is "getting married soon." No wedding date has been made public, and secret-wedding talk is only speculation.
Fans have called Gaga "Mother Monster" for years. Now the nickname is literal, and until the couple speaks, the details stay theirs.
