Google's Pixel-specific bulletin for August lists a single entry: CVE-2026-0163, an elevation of privilege flaw in the Video Processing Unit, rated high severity. The bulletin marks the underlying bug report as not publicly available, which is standard for issues Google has not yet opened up.

There is no indication in the bulletin that the flaw has been exploited against users. An elevation of privilege bug is serious in the sense that it can let code reach further into the system than it should, but it is not the kind of remote, click-nothing vulnerability that warrants dropping everything.
