Austin North is back as Topper and Fiona Palomo as Sofia. J. Anthony Crane and Cullen Moss have been raised to series regulars.

The absence is Rudy Pankow. JJ was killed in the Season 4 finale in Morocco, and Pankow is not listed in the Season 5 regular cast. The season picks up from that loss rather than undoing it off-screen.

What is Season 5 actually about?

Per the official synopsis, the Pogues chase a legend that a crown can bring back the dead — which puts grief, revenge against JJ's killer and the missing blue crown on the same map. The show's creators have said for two years that five seasons was always the plan and that they knew the final scene well in advance.
