What is on the schedule after the ceremony
Blizzard has not published the full panel grid in advance. The company says times and programming are subject to change, and that the complete schedule goes up on its BlizzCon site only after the opening ceremony finishes. That ordering is deliberate: panels tied to whatever is revealed on the Hall D stage cannot be listed before the reveal.
The esports slate is confirmed. - Darkmoon Faire After Hours, Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. PDT, with a set by BRB, a rock band of Blizzard employees. The add-on is sold out.
- March of the Murlocs, Sunday: gather in the Arena Plaza at 11:45 a.m. PDT, with the conch sounding the start at 12:00 p.m. PDT. This year's colour is emerald green.
One practical note for anyone attending. BlizzCon is cashless. Cards and mobile payments are the only way to buy merchandise or food, and the merch store sits on the first floor of the North Hall.

No games have been named for the opening ceremony. Blizzard has announced no reveals ahead of time and has not said which of its franchises get stage time, so anything circulating about specific expansions or new titles is unconfirmed until it appears in Hall D.
