Call of Duty: Mobile Shattered Relay Blueprint Comes With an MW4 Pre-order, Delivered by November 30

Activision confirmed on October 12 that the Shattered Relay blueprint, a black-and-gold skin for the ICR-1 assault rifle in Call of Duty: Mobile, goes to anyone who pre-orders a digital copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 by October 23. The catch is timing: the blueprint will not arrive on launch day, but in phased mailbox drops between October 30 and November 30.

The offer covers a digital pre-order on any console or PC store, and the reward lands in the free-to-play Call of Duty: Mobile app on Android and iOS. A disc copy does not count.

Who gets the Shattered Relay blueprint?

Activision's rule is short: pre-order any digital edition of Modern Warfare 4 before it launches on October 23. Both editions qualify:

  • Standard Edition, listed at $69.99 on the Xbox Store.
  • Vault Edition, digital only, listed at $99.99 on the Xbox Store.

The platforms are the same ones Modern Warfare 4 itself launches on: PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC through Steam, Battle.net and the Xbox app, and Nintendo Switch 2. Activision's wording is "on console or PC", so a digital pre-order on any of those stores is eligible. You do not need to own a particular edition to get the mobile skin, and you do not pay anything inside Call of Duty: Mobile.

If you have already pre-ordered, you are covered. There is nothing extra to buy or redeem on the console side.

How to claim it in Call of Duty: Mobile

The steps Activision published come down to one Activision account doing three things:

  • Link Call of Duty: Mobile to your Activision account in the app's settings, if you have not already.
  • Pre-order a digital edition of Modern Warfare 4 on that same Activision account by October 23.
  • Log into Modern Warfare 4 on launch day, October 23, as early as you can. Activision says this is what registers your account for the blueprint.
  • Check the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox from October 30 onward.

The account match is the step most likely to trip people up. The Activision ID you use to sign into Modern Warfare 4 has to be the one linked to your phone app. If your console is tied to one Activision account and an old mobile save is tied to another, the blueprint goes nowhere. Check the link in the mobile app before October 23, not after.

When does the Shattered Relay blueprint arrive?

Not on day one. Delivery starts on October 30, a week after launch, and runs in phases until November 30. Two players who pre-ordered on the same day can receive it weeks apart.

If November 30 passes and the blueprint has not appeared, Activision says to contact Activision Support. Missing-item claims close on December 31, 2026, so a player who notices in January has no route left.

The full dates, in order:

  • October 16: campaign early access for digital pre-orders.
  • October 20: DMZ early access for the same players.
  • October 23: Modern Warfare 4 launches; last day to pre-order; log in to register.
  • October 30 to November 30: Shattered Relay delivered to Call of Duty: Mobile mailboxes.
  • December 31: deadline for missing-item support claims.

What else does an MW4 pre-order include?

The mobile blueprint stacks on top of the console and PC rewards. Both digital editions get campaign early access, DMZ early access, the Hunter Killer Operator skin, the Gilded Pearl camo pack and the Inner Circuit weapon blueprint. The Inner Circuit skin has its own quirk: the Inner Circuit M4 blueprint only looks green on Xbox.

The Vault Edition adds the Hostile Alliance and Special Forces Operator packs, the Signature Weapon Collection, one season of BlackCell and a DMZ deployment bonus. Is the ICR-1 worth using?

The ICR-1 has been in Call of Duty: Mobile since its early seasons. Activision describes it as a low-recoil rifle that stays accurate at range, and it remains a common pick in ranked multiplayer. The Shattered Relay blueprint is cosmetic. Activision has not said it changes attachments or stats, so it will not make the gun stronger.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get the Shattered Relay blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile?

Pre-order any digital edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 by October 23 using the same Activision account that is linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app. Log into Modern Warfare 4 on launch day, then check the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox from October 30.

When will the Shattered Relay blueprint show up in my CoD Mobile mailbox?

Activision delivers it in phases between October 30 and November 30, 2026, so it can arrive on different days for different players. If it has not arrived after November 30, contact Activision Support before the December 31, 2026 claim deadline.

Does a physical copy of Modern Warfare 4 get the CoD Mobile blueprint?

No. Activision says the bonus is for a pre-order of any digital edition, Standard or Vault, on console or PC. A disc bought at retail is not part of the offer.

Do I need the Vault Edition to get the Shattered Relay ICR-1 skin?

No. The Standard Edition, listed at $69.99 on the Xbox Store, qualifies just like the $99.99 Vault Edition. The Vault Edition only adds extra rewards inside Modern Warfare 4 itself.

Why didn't I get the Shattered Relay blueprint after pre-ordering?

The most common reason is an account mismatch: the Activision ID used to play Modern Warfare 4 must be the one linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app. Delivery also is not complete until November 30, so wait until then before contacting Activision Support.
