ZZZ Sigrid Banner Goes Live With Knight's Extolment: Server Times and How Long It Runs

Aditya Singh

The ZZZ Sigrid banner went live today, opening Phase 2 of Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.1 with the S-Rank Ice Attack agent Sigrid de L'Azur as its headline pull. The banner, Till the Ends of the Sky, runs until 8 September, and it unlocked at 12:00 noon server time on the America, Europe and Asia servers rather than in one global drop.

When the ZZZ Sigrid banner unlocked on each server

There was no simultaneous worldwide switchover. Each regional server flipped at noon its own local time: 12:00 CT on America (UTC-5), 12:00 BST on Europe (UTC+1) and 12:00 SGT on Asia (UTC+8). That staggering is worth knowing if you play on a server that is not the one you live in, because the Asia servers moved to Phase 2 several hours ahead of Europe and North America.

The window closes on 8 September. That gives roughly three weeks to bank Polychrome, clear whatever event currency the patch is handing out, and decide whether to commit. Phase 2 banners in this game do not get extended.

What Sigrid actually is

Sigrid is an S-Rank agent with the Ice attribute and the Attack specialty, positioned as a main damage dealer rather than a support or stunner. In the game's fiction she is the deputy director of the Airspace Patrol Department in Roscaelifer. Her kit leans heavily on crit rate, which changes what you want to put on her.

Her signature W-Engine, Knight's Extolment, released on the same banner phase. It is an S-Rank Attack W-Engine with 713 base ATK and 48% CRIT DMG at level 60. Its passive grants a stack of Battle Edge when the equipper's Basic Attack or the heavy hit of their EX Special Attack connects, raising CRIT DMG by 32% at the first refinement and up to 51.2% at the fifth, for 25 seconds.

The pairing is deliberate. Because Sigrid supplies a large chunk of crit rate herself, a weapon stacked with CRIT DMG converts that into damage more efficiently than another crit-rate source would.

The reruns sharing the phase

Sigrid is not the only pull target in the rotation. Published reports list the following agents returning alongside her debut banner in Phase 2:

  • Dialyn, a Physical agent with the Stun specialty
  • Yuzuha, a Physical agent with the Support specialty
  • Harumasa, an Electric agent with the Attack specialty

A-Rank agents including Anby, Nicole, Soukaku, Lucy, Seth, Piper and Pulchra remain obtainable through the custom search function on either channel, so a phase spent chasing Sigrid still builds out the bench.

How many pulls you should budget

The Exclusive Channel rules have not changed for this banner. The base S-Rank rate is 0.6%, soft pity begins around pull 75 and lifts the rate sharply, and hard pity guarantees an S-Rank at 90. That S-Rank is then a 50/50 between Sigrid and a standard-pool agent. Lose it and the next S-Rank is guaranteed to be her.

Worst case, then, is 180 pulls for a guaranteed Sigrid from a clean pity counter. Plan against that number, not against the 90.

Which platforms get it

Version 3.1 Phase 2 is live across every platform the game runs on, and the banner is account-bound rather than device-bound, so progress carries between them. Zenless Zone Zero is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, iOS and Android. On mobile it is distributed through the Google Play Store and the App Store, and on PC through the Epic Games Store and HoYoverse's own launcher.

Android players running the game on a controller will find it behaves like the other big cross-platform gacha titles — see our list of Android games with gamepad support for how that category has been widening. If you are juggling storage across several of these, our breakdown of the Wuthering Waves 3.6 preload sizes on PC, Android and iOS is a useful reference point for what a patch of this scale typically costs you.

Where this sits in a crowded month

August has been dense for cross-platform live-service releases. Neverness to Everness 1.3 added Zankou and the Duskmoor region on PS5, PC and mobile in the same week, and AFK Journey's Digimon crossover went live with its own limited banner running on a fixed clock. Anyone spending across more than one of these is looking at overlapping end dates in early September.

Card players had their own reshuffle too, with Hearthstone patch 36.2.2 bringing balance changes and dust refunds. The common thread is timing: almost all of it expires, and most of it expires within a fortnight of the same date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time does the ZZZ Sigrid banner start?

Sigrid's banner unlocked at 12:00 noon server time on each region rather than in one global rollout. That is 12:00 CT on the America server (UTC-5), 12:00 BST on Europe (UTC+1) and 12:00 SGT on Asia (UTC+8). The Asia server therefore moved to Phase 2 several hours before the Western servers.

When does the Sigrid banner end?

Till the Ends of the Sky runs until 8 September 2026, giving roughly three weeks from launch. Phase 2 banners in Zenless Zone Zero are not extended past their listed end date, so any Polychrome you intend to spend needs to be spent inside that window.

How many pulls do I need to guarantee Sigrid?

The Exclusive Channel has a 0.6% base S-Rank rate, soft pity from around pull 75 and hard pity at 90. That guaranteed S-Rank is a 50/50 between Sigrid and a standard-pool agent, and losing it makes the next S-Rank guaranteed to be her. Budget for up to 180 pulls from a fresh counter.

Is Knight's Extolment worth pulling for Sigrid?

Knight's Extolment is her signature S-Rank Attack W-Engine, with 713 base ATK and 48% CRIT DMG at level 60, plus a Battle Edge stack that adds 32% to 51.2% CRIT DMG for 25 seconds depending on refinement. Because Sigrid's own kit supplies a lot of crit rate, a CRIT DMG weapon converts that into damage more efficiently than another crit-rate source.

Which platforms is Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 Phase 2 on?

The update is live on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, iOS and Android. Mobile builds come through the Google Play Store and the App Store, and PC through the Epic Games Store or HoYoverse's own launcher. Progress is tied to the account, so the banner is the same wherever you log in.
