Delta Force Season Reorientation Goes Live September 8 at 02:00 UTC on PC, Mobile and Console

Delta Force's second anniversary season, Reorientation, patches in at 02:00 UTC on 8 September, and Team Jade is shipping it to every version at the same moment: PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S. It is a "non-stop" update, so there is no long maintenance window, but ranked play and the in-game economy close before the patch lands.

The studio published one schedule and applied it identically to all three builds. Every timestamp below is UTC.

• 00:30 — Operations and Warfare ranked matches go off-season and close.
• 01:59 — the Operations entrance and matchmaking shut down, and the Market and Auction House are disabled.
• 02:00 — the patch is available on PC, on Android and iOS, and on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

That 90-minute gap is the part worth planning around. If you have items listed on the Auction House or a Market sale you want to collect, do it before 01:59, because both systems go dark until the season flips over. Ranked closes an hour and a half earlier than that.

Rover, the new Support operator, brings a dog

Rowan Walsh, code name Rover, is the season's new Support operator. His signature gadget is a dog whistle that calls in a military dog: the dog scans for enemies inside its range, chases the nearest one it finds, tackles them and applies a Mark. With nothing to chase, it trails you on Alert.

His weapon is a Dart Rifle that fires syringes. In Operations the resulting mist heals allies' injured limbs while cutting enemy max HP and dealing damage over time; in Warfare it only does the enemy half. He also carries an Irritant smoke grenade that makes anyone inside it cough. His passive, Guard Drive in Operations and Prey Drive in Warfare, makes anyone tagged by his gadgets easier for the dog to track — in Operations it also lengthens downed durations and strips several stacks of limb injury when you revive someone, and in Warfare a revive resupplies that teammate's ammo.

Layali Grove 2.0, The Mog and a fishing mode

Layali Grove gets the season's big map rework. Serenity Bay, the North Slope Caves and the Haavk Underground Dock are new areas, the map boundaries have been pushed out, and the river network has been connected up. A flagship task called Bounty: Wave Breaker has you steal an Assault Boat from the Underground Dock and extract it — and the boat stays usable afterwards. Four Jet Skis have been added across the rivers, with two more spawning when Wave Breaker is not active. Train extraction at Transnova Station is also faster: the door opens a minute after you pull the lever, and extraction is available three minutes later rather than five.

Warfare gets a new map, The Mog, set in a smoke-filled modern Mogadishu with push-cart tug-of-war objectives and UH-60 Black Hawk air support.

Fishing is the odd one. Unlock it at Operations level 17 by finding Joe Reed on Layali Grove - Easy, then fish on Zero Dam - Easy, Layali Grove - Easy and AZ3 - Easy. There are two rod types, a tension meter that snaps your line if you pull too hard, a fishing level certification gated behind Reed's assessments, and a dedicated stash crate that does not eat your existing expansion slots. What is not in the update on 8 September

Two of the headline additions are dated later. Polaris Patrol, the Space City mini-mode where you can play as Haavk security director Anais Desmoulins or one of her Adjutants, is listed as available from 16 October. The new 1v1 mode — gear-in, zero gear consumption — arrives after the mid-season update, which the studio has not dated. New weapons, new ammo types and new attachments land with the season itself, alongside balance passes.

Delta Force launched in September 2024, which is what makes this the second anniversary season. Its simultaneous PC, console and mobile cadence is unusual for a shooter of this size; most live-service rivals stagger their builds.
