Invisible Narratives has named a Skibidi Toilet new creative team of four animators drawn from the series' own fan community, and creator Alexey Gerasimov — known on YouTube as DaFuq!?Boom! — is not among them. The studio said Gerasimov "is not currently participating in the development or production of new Skibidi Toilet YouTube episodes", though he keeps an executive producer credit.

For viewers, the practical change is who makes the episodes now. The mainline series continues on YouTube, but the pipeline is run by creators who built audiences animating the property themselves rather than by its originator.

• FScript — producer and technical director, leading environment work and the technical pipeline. He brings close to a decade of animation experience built on Source Filmmaker.
• Achi — lead story editor and animator, running story development across lore and scripts. He is 18 and found the series at 15.

All four are self-taught and came up through the fan scene rather than a studio. That is the unusual part: a franchise with a Hollywood production company behind it has handed its main show to people it recruited from the audience.
